Also known as the 'Heart Leaf' or 'Sweetheart' Hoya, these Hoya kerrii are single rooted leaves, and may not have enough of a node to produce a full plant in the future (though it is possible they will develop into a full plant). Often given as gifts, these are perfect for anyone who wants a cute heart shaped leaf that will stay that way!CARE:
Place in pot with drainage. Allow to dry out all the way to the bottom between waterings. When leaves begin to pucker, it’s time to water.
Hoyas do best in very bright indirect light.
If this does grow into a full plant: Hoyas will climb if given something to grab onto. To encourage blooms, allow to become slightly root bound. Once blooms are spent, DO NOT cut off the point they emerge from (called a 'peduncle'), as Hoyas re-bloom from the same peduncle year after year.
