Also known as the 'Heart Leaf' or 'Sweetheart' Hoya, these Hoya kerrii 'Variegata' are single rooted leaves, and may not have enough of a node to produce a full plant in the future. Often given as gifts, these are perfect for anyone who wants a cute heart shaped leaf that will stay that way!

Hoya kerrii 'Variegata' CARE:

Place in pot with drainage. Allow to dry out all the way down between waterings. When leaves begin to pucker, it’s time to water.

Bright indirect light. Unlike all-green Hoyas, this variegated species will not adapt well to medium light.

If this does grow into a full plant: Hoyas will climb if given something to grab onto. To encourage blooms, allow to become slightly root bound. Once blooms are spent, DO NOT cut off the point they emerge from (called a 'peduncle'), as Hoyas re-bloom from the same peduncle year after year.

Find our full care guide in the PLANT CARE COMPENDIUM.

*******Please note the 3", 4" plant will not grow vines as it is a leaf cutting
